The 2026 Liga 1 runner-up market reflects a tightly bunched aggregate table after Alianza Lima claimed the Apertura and the Clausura remains fluid. Universitario and Deportivo Garcilaso lead the second tournament following recent results, including Garcilaso’s 1-0 win over Alianza Lima and Universitario’s 4-2 comeback at UTC, while Sport Boys’ 1-0 victory over Sporting Cristal highlighted ongoing volatility. With roughly half the season remaining and multiple clubs separated by just a handful of points in the combined standings, roster depth, home/away splits, and the playoff format create broad uncertainty over which side finishes second overall. Trader consensus around 40-42% across a dozen teams captures this competitive balance and the potential for further shifts in form or results.

The resolution source will be official information from the Peru Liga 1; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
