The inaugural Freedom 250 Grand Prix of Washington, D.C., features a brand-new 1.7-mile street circuit on the National Mall with no prior IndyCar data, leaving qualifying wide open ahead of the August 22 session. Reigning champion and points leader Alex Palou, Team Penske drivers like David Malukas and Josef Newgarden, plus consistent performers such as Scott McLaughlin, Pato O’Ward, and Felix Rosenqvist all enter with strong recent form and equipment capable of claiming provisional pole. The tightly bunched field reflects the wisdom of crowds pricing in variables like practice pace, track evolution on the technical seven-turn layout, setup adjustments for the high-speed Pennsylvania Avenue section, and typical street-course volatility where small margins separate the top contenders. Late developments in official practice or warm-up could still shift implied probabilities for any driver in the deep, competitive grid.

If the Freedom 250 Grand Prix of Washington is canceled or rescheduled to a date 7 days after the original scheduled date, this market will resolve to "Other."
This market will resolve in favor of the driver who is officially recognized by IndyCar as having set the fastest time during the qualifying session for the Freedom 250 Grand Prix of Washington. The market will be settled based on IndyCar's official qualifying results, regardless of any subsequent penalties, disqualifications, or changes to the starting grid.
For example, if a driver sets the fastest qualifying time but later receives a grid penalty or is moved down the starting order, the market will still resolve to "Yes" for that driver.
The resolution source will be the official IndyCar website (indycar.com) and a consensus of credible sports news reporting.
