The tight clustering around 47.5–48.5% across Abyss, Lotus, Summit, Sunset, Ascent, Haven, Split, and Other stems from VALORANT Champions 2026 not yet beginning, leaving map veto patterns and play frequency undetermined. The current competitive pool of seven maps—Abyss, Ascent, Haven, Lotus, Split, Summit, and Sunset—sets the stage for group-stage and playoff series, where team preferences, stylistic matchups, and decider selections will dictate usage. With no confirmed results or late meta shifts altering priorities, traders view each map as having comparable odds of emerging with the fewest appearances once the Shanghai event opens on September 24. Historical veto tendencies and recent VCT form offer limited differentiation this close to the start.

The competitive map pool for VALORANT Champions 2026 consists of Abyss, Ascent, Haven, Lotus, Split, Summit, and Sunset. Every completed map in every official match of the tournament (Group Stage and Playoffs) counts once, regardless of its result or whether it went to overtime. Maps that are forfeited or awarded without being played do not count. A map in the pool that is not played at all counts as having been played zero times.
If two or more maps are tied for the fewest plays, this market will resolve to the map whose name comes first alphabetically. If the map played the fewest times is not listed in this market (e.g., due to a map pool change), this market will resolve to "Other".
If VALORANT Champions 2026 is canceled or postponed such that it has not concluded by November 17, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other".
The primary resolution source for this market will be the official match results and per-map statistics on vlr.gg (https://www.vlr.gg/event/2766/valorant-champions-2026). However, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
