**Deebo Samuel Sr. holds the clearest edge in the 2026 Week 2 receptions leader market at 35% implied probability, driven by his strong Week 1 return to the 49ers (6 receptions, 7 targets, 1 TD) and expanded role amid receiver injuries.** Kyle Shanahan's offense has leaned on Samuel's versatility in the short-to-intermediate game and as a rushing option, especially with limited depth behind established targets like Mike Evans. The 49ers face a Miami defense allowing solid volume in recent form, supporting elevated target share expectations. The field remains highly competitive, with numerous wide receivers and tight ends clustered near 25% or lower, reflecting the inherent week-to-week variance in single-game reception totals across the NFL schedule. Recent injury reports and usage patterns continue to shape trader consensus on volume leaders.
