**The Eagles hold a 1-0 lead in the 2026 regular-season series after a 24-22 Week 1 home win, positioning them as the market favorite at 64% implied probability to claim the season series.** Jalen Hurts threw three touchdowns while the defense delivered a decisive goal-line stop on a late two-point conversion attempt, overcoming a competitive Commanders effort that featured rookie Antonio Williams’ contributions and Jayden Daniels’ late scoring drive. The November 1 rematch at Northwest Stadium remains the decisive factor, with home-field advantage, divisional familiarity, and Philadelphia’s recent edge in head-to-head results supporting trader consensus around the Eagles. A split remains plausible at 53% given the NFC East’s competitive balance and the Commanders’ ability to stay in games despite early penalties and roster adjustments. Both teams enter Week 2 with 1-0 and 0-1 records respectively in the division standings, underscoring how the upcoming matchup and overall form will shape the final series outcome.
