The resolution source for this market will be Spotify, specifically the Spotify Top 50 - USA chart, which can be found here: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/37i9dQZEVXbLRQDuF5jeBp.Ella Langley's "Choosin' Texas" continues to anchor trader sentiment as the dominant force on the Billboard Hot 100, securing its ninth week at No. 1 on the chart dated May 16 amid robust streaming and radio metrics. The track's sustained run stems from strong fan engagement and consistent airplay that have outpaced recent challengers, including Olivia Rodrigo's "Drop Dead," which rose to No. 3. New entries like Tame Impala and JENNIE's collaboration breaking into the top 10 signal potential momentum shifts, yet historical patterns favor incumbents with established radio support. Upcoming May 23 and May 30 chart updates, alongside late-month streaming surges from any surprise drops, will determine whether additional artists crack the top spot before month-end.
