Updated long-range forecasts for Zandvoort on race day, August 23, now indicate predominantly dry conditions with broken clouds, light northerly winds, and precipitation chances below 5 percent during the afternoon window. Earlier models had flagged an 85 percent rain risk across the sprint-format weekend, but refinements closer to the event have shifted expectations toward stable, mild temperatures in the high teens Celsius without meaningful showers. Coastal circuits like Zandvoort remain susceptible to rapid changes, yet current consensus among meteorological sources supports dry track conditions that would favor standard dry tire compounds and conventional race pace without safety-car interventions from weather. This evolution in data underpins the 75 percent implied probability on no rain.
