**Emma Lene holds the edge in this W35 Verbier 2 semifinal on clay, backed by her higher WTA ranking (around 526 vs. Cvetkovic’s 920) and stronger 2026 clay record (26-9).** The 27-year-old French player has advanced comfortably, dropping just one set across three matches, including straight-set wins over Julia Stusek and Sarina Schnyder. Anastasija Cvetkovic, an 18-year-old Serbian, has shown promise with a three-set quarterfinal victory over Valeriya Strakhova and efficient earlier wins, reflecting her solid clay form (11-5 in 2026). Lene’s greater experience and consistency shape the current trader consensus favoring her, though Cvetkovic’s youth and recent momentum create realistic upset potential on the slow surface. No prior head-to-head exists.
