The 2026-27 Niké Liga runner-up market reflects a wide-open field early in the campaign, with trader consensus pricing a dozen clubs within a narrow band due to the absence of any dominant challenger behind Slovan Bratislava. Slovan enters under new head coach Yaya Touré following their latest title but faces European fixtures that could stretch squad depth and rotation demands. Meanwhile, early matchweeks have seen Spartak Trnava, MFK Skalica, FK Podbrezová, DAC Dunajská Streda, and MŠK Žilina post competitive results, while historical participants such as FC Košice, AS Trenčín, and others benefit from roster adjustments and the league’s split into championship and relegation groups. Home/away form, injury management, and the lack of a clear hierarchy among mid-table sides continue to sustain the tight clustering of implied probabilities.

If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to finish as runner-up of Slovak Niké Liga for the 2026-27 season per the rules of Slovak Niké Liga (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No".
If multiple teams are declared as second-place finishers, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If this event is cancelled, postponed after July 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or a runner-up has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other".
The resolution source will be official information from the Slovak Niké Liga; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
