The English Premier League awards UEFA Europa League league-phase spots primarily to the sides finishing fifth and sixth (or sixth and seventh if five clubs reach the Champions League), with an additional place going to the FA Cup winner unless already qualified through the table. As the 2026-27 campaign opens, early-season form, squad depth after summer transfers, and fixture congestion from any lingering European commitments will shape the race for those positions. Teams with strong home records and favorable opening schedules often gain early momentum that influences mid-table stability, while injuries to key attackers or goalkeepers can quickly shift implied probabilities reflected in trader pricing. Historical patterns show that clubs returning from promotion or rebounding from relegation battles frequently over- or under-perform expectations in the push for continental football.

Resolution is based on the competition to which the listed team is allocated by the final 2026-27 Premier League standings, the 2026-27 domestic cup results, and the 2026-27 UEFA competition winners. A place obtained by playing and advancing through the UEFA qualifying rounds held after the domestic season does not count, and movement between competitions caused by those qualifying rounds has no bearing on resolution.
Once it becomes mathematically impossible for the listed team to earn a 2027-28 UEFA Europa League place by these routes, the associated market will immediately resolve to "No".
If the 2026-27 Premier League season is cancelled or postponed past June 7, 2027, 11:59 PM ET such that the 2027-28 UEFA Europa League places cannot be determined, this market will resolve to "No".
The resolution source for this market will be official information from UEFA and/or the Premier League; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
