Kimi Antonelli enters the 2026 Azerbaijan Grand Prix as the clear trader favorite at 44% implied probability, driven by his commanding championship lead of 292 points after 14 rounds and eight victories, including the most recent win at the Spanish Grand Prix. Mercedes’ strong form under the new regulations has delivered consistent results for both Antonelli and teammate George Russell, who sits second in the standings. The Baku City Circuit’s high-speed straights, tight corners, and frequent safety car periods introduce variability that supports secondary probabilities for Lando Norris (18%), Russell (11.5%), Lewis Hamilton (10%), Charles Leclerc (9%), and Max Verstappen (9%). Recent schedule adjustments moving the race to Saturday add minor logistical considerations, but current form and team pace remain the dominant factors shaping market positioning.

If the 2026 F1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix is canceled or rescheduled to a date after Oct 3, 2026, this market will resolve to “Other.”
This market will resolve in favor of the driver who is officially listed in first place in the Final Classification published by the FIA following the conclusion of the race. The Final Classification is typically released 30-60 minutes after the race ends and includes any applied time penalties and official adjustments.
Disqualifications or changes made after the publication of the Final Classification will not affect market resolution. The timing of the podium ceremony does not determine the result for this market — only the FIA's published classification will be used to resolve this market.
The resolution source will be the official Formula 1 website and a consensus of credible sports news reporting.
