Beatriz Mojica Morga leads trader consensus at 57.9% for the 2027 Guerrero gubernatorial election, reflecting her position as the frontrunner for Morena’s nomination after taking Senate leave in June 2026 to compete internally. Recent Covarrubias polling showed her ahead of rivals such as Esthela Damián Peralta and Abelina López Rodríguez within the party, which historically dominates state races. The wide spread of other listed contenders at or below 18% illustrates the early timeline, fragmented opposition field, and ongoing nomination process. Separation could emerge from Morena’s internal selection outcome, shifts in state polling aggregates, or primary results that clarify the general-election matchup against PRI or other alliance candidates.
