Both the Bears and Packers enter the 2026 season with closely aligned projections around 9–11 wins, reflecting comparable roster talent and coaching stability under Ben Johnson and Matt LaFleur. Caleb Williams’ developing offense and Ben Johnson’s scheme give Chicago weapons to stay competitive, while Jordan Love and a returning Micah Parsons (eligible Week 5) bolster Green Bay’s edge-rush and passing attack. The split schedule—one game at Lambeau Field in October and the return matchup on Christmas at Soldier Field—plus defensive questions for both sides and regression risks after Chicago’s prior-year variance, underpin trader consensus favoring a series split. Recent training-camp injury updates and early-season results have reinforced this balanced outlook without shifting probabilities decisively.
