The Philadelphia Eagles enter 2026 with a strong defensive foundation and continuity at quarterback with Jalen Hurts, but their offense is adjusting to a new coordinator and scheme after key offseason changes including the departure of wide receiver A.J. Brown. The New York Giants, under first-year head coach John Harbaugh, showed early promise with a Week 1 win over Dallas behind developing quarterback Jaxson Dart and weapons like Malik Nabers, who is returning from injury. Both teams sit at 1-0, and their November and January matchups feature divisional intensity plus potential rest or playoff implications that could swing results. This balance, combined with historical splits in recent seasons, keeps the season series tightly contested among traders.
