The Querétaro gubernatorial race remains tightly contested more than a year before the 2027 vote, with early trader pricing reflecting a fragmented field of PAN, Morena, and MC aspirants. Recent polls show the PAN holding a modest party-level edge, yet Morena candidates close gaps in head-to-head matchups depending on the nominee selected. Internal PAN preferences among figures such as Felipe Fernando Macías Olvera, Luis Bernardo Nava Guerrero, and Agustín Dorantes Lámbarri remain fluid, while Morena’s Santiago Nieto Castillo and others test competitive positioning. With no formal candidacies locked in and sizable undecided voters, the market stays balanced until nomination conventions and clearer polling data emerge to separate frontrunners.
