This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Close price for Microsoft Corporation (MSFT) on September 3, 2026 is higher than the listed price. The stock's recent consolidation follows robust fiscal 2026 fourth-quarter results that highlighted 18% revenue growth to $90 billion, 43% Azure expansion, and commercial remaining performance obligations surging 84% to $678 billion, underscoring sustained AI and cloud demand. Traders are also digesting a segment restructuring announcement and reaffirmed first-quarter revenue guidance of $89.85–90.95 billion alongside elevated capital expenditure plans exceeding $50 billion. With market-implied odds reflecting these fundamentals against near-term volatility and insider share sales, the September 3 close will hinge on intraday momentum and any last-minute macroeconomic data.
