Tesla shares closed at $351.12 on August 19, 2026, following a 4.23% surge on optimism around Cybercab robotaxi progress, a major logistics partnership, and the end of a three-year Swedish labor dispute. The move lifted the stock from the prior session's $336.87 close amid broader focus on autonomy milestones and reduced near-term operational friction. Year-to-date performance remains down roughly 22%, reflecting valuation concerns at over 300 times trailing earnings and ongoing EV margin pressure, though recent institutional buying and analyst commentary on AV prospects have supported sentiment. Traders will monitor any follow-through volume or news flow on August 20 for signs of continuation or reversal ahead of the close.

If the two specified prices are exactly equal, this market will resolve to "No".
Closing prices will be used exactly as published by Pyth, without rounding.
If Tesla, Inc. (TSLA) does not trade at all during the regular session, the market will resolve 50-50.
For a standard full trading session, the closing price refers to the Pyth "Close" value of the 1-minute candle corresponding to the final minute of regular trading hours on the primary exchange.
If the specified day has no valid Pyth Close value for the 1-minute candle corresponding to the end of regular trading hours on the primary exchange, the market will use the last valid Pyth price achieved during the regular trading hours of the primary exchange as the effective closing price.
