**Malcolm Todd’s “Earrings” leads trader consensus at 73% implied probability for #2 on the US Spotify weekly chart ending around August 28, driven by its recent return to the top of daily Global and US tallies.** The track logged over 3.7 million daily global streams on August 21 and has held strong US positions following its 2026 TikTok resurgence and April radio push. Columbia’s current US Spotify dominance, with “Earrings” sitting at #2 behind Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas,” reinforces its momentum heading into the weekly lock. Tame Impala’s “Loser” (43%) and Steve Lacy’s “Oh Yeah?” (40.5%) sit as plausible challengers after both surged on Spider-Man: Brand New Day soundtrack exposure, though neither has matched “Earrings” recent US daily consistency. Olivia Rodrigo’s newer singles “the cure” and “Stupid Song” remain longshots at 4.5% amid softer current streaming trajectories. Upcoming daily chart updates through the weekend will be the key swing factor for final weekly placement.
