The tightly bunched probabilities around the CF Montréal–Vancouver Whitecaps Canadian Championship semifinal second leg reflect a matchup where league form contrasts sharply with home advantage and knockout dynamics. Vancouver sits atop the Western Conference with strong expected goals metrics and recent results, including a 3-0 win over Sporting Kansas City, while Montréal lingers near the bottom of the East after heavy defeats. Yet the 1-1 first-leg draw at BC Place leaves the aggregate level, shifting emphasis to Montréal hosting at Stade Saputo on September 16. Both sides have shown they can score or defend stoutly in direct meetings, and the venue switch plus potential rotation or fatigue factors keep all three outcomes viable in trader consensus.
