Official forecasts from Environment Canada and supporting numerical models project a daytime high of 17°C in Toronto on September 22 under sunny skies with moderate northeasterly winds. This cooler-than-average outcome, well below the late-September climatological norm near 20°C, stems from a stable high-pressure pattern and northerly flow established after Monday’s cooler conditions. Multiple sources converge on 16–17°C highs with low precipitation risk, supporting the market’s strong emphasis on 16–18°C outcomes. Model consensus remains firm with limited uncertainty in the final 48 hours, though minor shifts in wind or cloud cover could still influence the exact maximum.
