This market will resolve according to the player with the most assists in the 2025-2026 Ligue 1 season. Only assists recorded in Ligue 1 matches will count. Assists in other competitions (e.g., Coupe de France, Trophée des Champions, Champions League, Europa League, international matches) will not count for this market. If multiple players tie for the most assists, the market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2025-26 Ligue 1 season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no official leader declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other” The primary resolution source will be official statistics from the Ligue 1 (https://ligue1.com/en/data-zone/ligue1mcdonalds/season-stats/players/assists); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Adrien Thomasson of RC Lens holds a commanding 95.1% implied probability as Ligue 1's top assist provider, leading the standings with 10 assists in 30 appearances amid the season's late stages. His recent form, including an assist in Lens' May 2 draw against Nice, has extended the gap over challengers like Brest's Ludovic Ajorque (9 assists) and teammate Matthieu Udol (7), with only four to five matchdays remaining. Thomasson's heavy minutes (2,571) and central midfield role fuel trader confidence in the wisdom of crowds, despite 11 yellow cards risking suspension. Upsets could arise from Thomasson injury or rest ahead of his contract expiry, or a multi-assist surge from pursuers facing tough fixtures like Brest vs. Strasbourg today.
