This market will resolve according to the player who scores the most runs during the 2026 Major League Baseball regular season. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official leader as determined by the rules of the MLB. If multiple leaders are announced then this market will resolve to the player with the higher on base percentage during the 2026 MLB regular season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the player with the higher batting average during the 2026 MLB regular season. If a tie still persists, then this market will resolve in favor of the player that records more hits during the 2026 MLB regular season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLB regular season is cancelled, postponed after October 15, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no official leader declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from MLB; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The wide-open MLB runs leader market reflects a tightly bunched group of power hitters and table-setters through mid-August 2026, with no player exceeding roughly 100 runs and over 40 games remaining. Kyle Schwarber leads the consensus at 2.9% implied probability on the strength of his 69 runs, high walk rate, and Phillies lineup support, while Aaron Judge, Ben Rice, and Yordan Alvarez sit near 2.5% amid strong on-base and extra-base production. Key differentiators include remaining schedule strength, injury resilience, and team run environment, as leadoff or middle-order bats like James Wood, Matt Olson, and Pete Crow-Armstrong have posted the highest actual totals to date but face comparable paths to the finish. Trader pricing underscores the season-long volatility inherent in individual run accumulation.
