This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 MLS Golden Boot. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLS rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLS season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026 ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Soccer; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Lionel Messi holds the strongest market position at nearly 49% implied probability due to his unmatched goal-scoring pedigree, proven MLS track record including the 2025 Golden Boot with 29 goals, and Inter Miami’s high-possession attack that continues to generate premium chances even mid-2026. Recent form shows him contributing double-digit goals early in the campaign alongside strong Leagues Cup output, reinforcing trader expectations of a late surge. Kévin Denkey sits second near 22% on the back of consistent finishing for FC Cincinnati, including double-digit tallies and match-winners through the first half of the season. Petar Musa and Sam Surridge follow closely around 20-21% on the strength of their current tallies—both tied or near the top of the goal charts with 13+ strikes—and efficient conversion rates in their respective Dallas and Nashville setups. Supporting names like Hugo Cuypers reflect early-season volume leaders, while the broader field remains compressed by the league’s parity and the possibility of injuries or fixture congestion shifting momentum in the remaining months.
