Trader sentiment in this UFC featherweight and lightweight crossover market centers on Conor McGregor as Max Holloway's next opponent, driven by McGregor's unmatched star power, promotional history with Holloway, and the division's demand for high-profile superfights. Holloway's recent knockout victories and move toward title contention have aligned with McGregor's return timeline, creating a matchup that dominates implied probabilities over standard contenders. Arman Tsarukyan and Benoît Saint Denis sit far behind as realistic lightweight options, limited by ongoing title shots and roster depth, while names like Paddy Pimblett or Ilia Topuria reflect stylistic intrigue but lower booking likelihood. The consensus underscores how McGregor's draw overrides division rankings in shaping the next fight announcement.
