Chen Junsong enters the WTT Contender Zagreb quarterfinal with fresh momentum after upsetting top seed Lin Shidong 3-2 in the round of 16, rallying from a 3-7 deficit in the decider to advance. The 21-year-old Chinese prospect, ranked near 39, has shown aggressive baseline play and upset capability against higher-ranked opponents. South Korea’s An Jaehyun, who dispatched Vladimir Sidorenko to reach this stage, brings greater experience and consistency in international events. Traders weigh Chen’s recent form surge and home-nation depth against An’s edge in ranking and match toughness, with the best-of-seven format amplifying any mid-match adjustments or service game shifts.
