Abel Forger holds a clear edge over Daniel Verbeek in the M15 Eupen first-round clash on outdoor clay, driven by his superior ATP ranking near 811 versus Verbeek’s 1585. Both young Dutch right-handers have competed at the ITF level, yet Forger’s stronger recent results—including quarterfinal and semifinal appearances in July 2026—reflect better consistency and match toughness. Verbeek’s latest outing was a straight-sets win over Marcel Hornung in the same event, but his overall activity remains limited. Clay-court experience and baseline endurance favor the higher-ranked player, while any fatigue from the short turnaround or unforced errors could open a narrow path for Verbeek in what remains a lopsided matchup on paper.
