Recent releases and streaming surges are shaping a tight race for the #2 Spotify song this week, with Ain't in LA by ADÉLA holding the highest implied probability amid strong global momentum. The synth-pop track's anthemic chorus and themes of ambition beyond Hollywood have fueled viral TikTok engagement and consistent U.S. streams following its July single drop and the Sept. 4 album Prima, positioning it as a breakout frontrunner. Miley Cyrus's Bass Persuades, released Sept. 3 with an accompanying video and album hype, adds fresh dance-pop competition through nostalgia-driven promotion. KAROL G's BbY WOW collaboration continues climbing on Latin and overall charts via recent album momentum, while other contenders like Tame Impala's Loser and Malcolm Todd's Earrings rely on steadier but less explosive trajectories. Upcoming chart updates and weekend streaming spikes will likely determine the final ordering.
