Operating income rose 43% to $27.5 billion, with adjusted EPS beating consensus by a wide margin and fueling a rally that briefly pushed market capitalization above $3 trillion. With next-quarter results not due until late October and no major economic releases or company events scheduled for August 14, trader sentiment for the daily close hinges on broader equity-market momentum, Treasury yields, and any follow-through buying or profit-taking around recent highs near $287. Market-implied odds reflect the stock’s recent volatility and strong fundamental backdrop in cloud and AI-driven segments.
