Recent funding momentum and IPO preparations anchor trader sentiment for Anthropic’s closing market cap. The company’s May 2026 Series H round at a $965 billion post-money valuation, paired with reported run-rate revenue near $47 billion, sets a baseline, while confidential SEC filing in June and banker-led targeting of an October or November 2026 Nasdaq listing introduce upside optionality. Investor commentary pointing to potential $2 trillion-plus IPO pricing reflects expectations of sustained ARR growth and premium AI multiples, yet tempered secondary-market indications around $1.05–1.15 trillion and recent precedent from SpaceX’s post-listing repricing keep the distribution tightly clustered between $1.5 trillion and $2.5 trillion. Key swing factors include forward revenue trajectory, final IPO pricing relative to last private round, and broader risk appetite for capital-intensive AI names ahead of year-end resolution.

Market capitalization expresses the monetary value of a company’s outstanding shares, stated in its pricing currency. It is calculated as the number of shares outstanding multiplied by the closing share price on the first trading day.
If the relevant value falls exactly between two brackets, then this market will resolve to the higher range bracket.
Resolution will be based on the primary exchange’s official listing page. In the event that the relevant figure is not displayed, another reliable source will be used.
In the event of an interruption in the course of the normal trading session on Anthropic’s first day of trading (e.g., a circuit breaker or half-day), the market will resolve according to the official closing price of the abbreviated session. If no such official closing price is published, the market will resolve according to the next trading day on which an official closing price is published, treating that as the first day of trading for purposes of this market.
