This market will resolve according to the individual who wins the CA-11 congressional district seat in the U.S. House of Representatives in the 2026 midterm elections. The midterm elections will take place on November 3, 2026. This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).Scott Wiener holds a modest edge in the CA-11 general election matchup against Connie Chan after topping the June 2, 2026 top-two primary with 41% to her 30%. His commanding fundraising lead—more than $1.2 million cash on hand versus roughly $360,000—combined with endorsements from the California Democratic Party, Attorney General Rob Bonta, and several federal lawmakers has reinforced trader views of his strength. Chan benefits from Nancy Pelosi’s late primary endorsement and backing from labor unions and progressive groups, yet faces a more moderate opponent in a district where housing policy and establishment support remain key dividing lines. With the November 3 contest still two months away, late shifts in turnout among San Francisco voters or additional outside spending could narrow or widen the gap reflected in current pricing.
