Tanya Miller holds a leading position in trader assessments for the open Georgia attorney general seat on November 3, 2026, following her decisive Democratic primary victory and the broader context of an open race after incumbent Chris Carr pursued the governorship instead. Brian Strickland secured the Republican nomination in a competitive primary but trails in current market pricing. With roughly two months until the general election, the implied probabilities reflect the candidates' respective party bases in a state where statewide contests have shown volatility in recent cycles, alongside Miller's background as a prosecutor and state representative versus Strickland's legislative record chairing the Senate Judiciary Committee. No major campaign developments or polling shifts have altered the positioning in the past month, leaving the outcome sensitive to turnout patterns and any late-cycle national or state-specific dynamics that could influence voter preferences in this contest.
