Latest forecasts from Environment Canada and supporting models position a high near 17°C as the most probable outcome for Toronto on September 22, driven by a stable high-pressure pattern and northeast winds advecting cooler maritime air. Partly to mostly sunny skies will support daytime warming, yet persistent 15–25 km/h breezes and morning lows near 10°C limit peak temperatures. Consensus across GFS and regional guidance shows little deviation, with minimal precipitation risk keeping conditions dry. These factors explain the market’s clustering around 16–18°C, where trader consensus assigns the highest implied probabilities to the narrow range consistent with current model runs and climatological norms for late September.
