This market will resolve according to the team that finishes the 2026-27 NFL regular season with the best regular season record (the highest winning percentage among all 32 teams). If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed team to finish the 2026-27 NFL regular season with the best regular season record, the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If two or more teams finish tied for the best regular season record, this market will resolve in favor of the tied team with the greater regular season point differential (points scored minus points allowed). If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the tied team with more regular season points scored. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the tied team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026-27 NFL regular season is cancelled, postponed after January 24, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or the final regular season standings have not been officially determined within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NFL (https://www.nfl.com/); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The 2026 NFL season is just one week old, with most clubs sitting at 1-0 or 0-1, which has produced a tightly bunched market for the best regular-season record as traders price in broad parity rather than anointing any single favorite. Defending champion Seattle Seahawks opened with a win but face immediate uncertainty at quarterback with Sam Darnold sidelined, while the Los Angeles Rams absorbed a lopsided Week 1 defeat despite significant offseason additions. Strong 1-0 starts from Buffalo, Baltimore, Jacksonville, and San Francisco, alongside the Kansas City Chiefs’ typical resilience, underscore how schedule strength, injury developments, and divisional races can quickly shift win totals in a 17-game slate. This early-stage dispersion explains why implied probabilities remain clustered between roughly 30-50% across two dozen teams, reflecting the league’s inherent unpredictability and the absence of a dominant frontrunner.
