This market will resolve in favor of the player that finishes Week 2 of the 2026-27 NFL regular season with the most passing touchdowns. Only games designated by the NFL as Week 2 of the 2026-27 regular season count. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve in favor of the tied player with more passing yards in Week 2 of the 2026-27 NFL regular season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the player with a higher completion percentage in Week 2 of the 2026-27 NFL regular season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve to "Other". If Week 2 of the 2026-27 NFL regular season is shortened or truncated for any reason, the outcome shall be determined using available NFL statistics for completed games. If Week 2 of the 2026-27 NFL regular season is cancelled, postponed past October 7, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or it is unclear which player led the NFL in passing touchdowns within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NFL; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The broad clustering of implied probabilities around 49.5% across dozens of quarterbacks for the Week 2 passing touchdowns lead underscores the matchup-dependent nature of single-game output in the NFL. Offensive coordinators script varied passing volumes based on opponent defensive schemes, weather, and game flow, while injury reports and rest advantages from Week 1 can shift targets quickly. Recent form from opening-week performances, home/away splits, and potential for explosive plays in favorable spots keep the field competitive, as no single signal-caller holds a structural edge sufficient to separate from the pack in trader consensus. This dynamic rewards monitoring late injury designations and lineups that could tilt volume toward any of several viable options.
