Revolut's valuation has climbed sharply through secondary share sales, most recently reaching $115 billion in July 2026 at $2,017 per share, up 53 percent from the $75 billion mark set in late 2025. As of September 13, 2026, secondary-market pricing on Forge implied roughly $125 billion. The July transaction followed the company's full U.K. banking license in March and coincided with an Australian banking license, while early September brought conditional U.S. national bank charter approval that supports a planned 2027 U.S. launch. Strong 2025 results—$6 billion revenue and $2.3 billion pre-tax profit—along with over 75–80 million customers and management targets of $9 billion revenue in 2026 underpin trader sentiment. Further regulatory milestones and any additional liquidity events before year-end represent the key near-term catalysts for additional valuation steps.
