Carlos Alcaraz's April withdrawal due to a right wrist injury—ruling out the two-time defending champion—cleared a major rival, boosting Sinner's implied probability. Alexander Zverev trails at 8% on consistent clay results and past finalist pedigree, while Novak Djokovic sits at 6.6% amid zero clay warm-up wins, including a shock Rome loss to Prizmic. Flavio Cobolli's 4.2% reflects surging momentum from deep clay runs and Top 15 ATP ranking push as a fellow Italian.
