This market will resolve to "Yes" if the winner of BLAST Open Porto 2026, currently scheduled for August 26 to September 6, 2026, is a team that has never previously won a Counter-Strike event organized by BLAST. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". A prior BLAST event win means a first-place finish by the same organization in any completed Counter-Strike tournament organized by BLAST before the start of BLAST Open Porto 2026, including BLAST Pro Series, BLAST Premier (including its World Finals and other BLAST Premier events), BLAST Bounty, BLAST Open, BLAST Rivals, and any Major championship organized by BLAST. Open, regional, or national qualifiers for BLAST events and show matches will not be considered. Prior wins attach to the organization regardless of roster changes; a win recorded under a different organization by players who later joined the winning team will not count as a prior win for that team. If BLAST Open Porto 2026 is cancelled, postponed beyond September 20, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or no winner is declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market will be HLTV.org; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.**Spirit, Falcons, Vitality, and MOUZ enter as the strongest repeat-title contenders with recent BLAST Premier or major hardware, while a deep field of squads like FURIA, Legacy, M80, and paiN keep first-time paths viable in single-elimination playoffs.** Falcons arrive fresh from the IEM Cologne Major 2026 title with NiKo and m0NESY providing elite firepower, and Spirit hold the top VRS ranking after EWC and PGL Astana successes. Vitality, despite mezii’s absence and jL standing in, bring defending BLAST Open pedigree, while MOUZ carry momentum from a prior BLAST Bounty win. These organizations’ playoff experience, map-pool depth, and head-to-head edges against mid-tier sides underpin the slight 51% “No” pricing. Counterbalancing this, group-stage upsets (M80 over NaVi, Inner Circle over Vitality) and the double-elimination format have preserved multiple routes for less-proven teams. Strong recent form from FURIA or Legacy, combined with any fatigue or roster disruption among favorites, could shift implied probabilities toward a first-time champion before the Porto playoffs conclude.
