Houston Gaines secured the Republican nomination for Georgia's 10th congressional district with 66.9% in the May primary, while Pamela DeLancy won the Democratic primary. The open seat, previously held by Mike Collins who won 63% in 2024, is rated a solid or safe Republican hold by major forecasters. Georgia law requires a majority for an outright win on November 3, with a runoff otherwise. Traders price an outright winner at 88.5% implied probability, reflecting the district's established partisan lean, the limited field of major-party candidates, and absence of competitive general-election polling that might signal a closer contest. National conditions and turnout could still affect the final margin.
