Democratic incumbent Jon Ossoff faces Republican nominee Mike Collins in the November 3, 2026, U.S. Senate general election in Georgia. Recent July 2026 polls show Ossoff leading by margins of 4 to 13 points, placing him near or above the 50 percent threshold required to avoid a December 1 runoff. Collins secured the Republican nomination after winning the June 16 primary runoff. With no other major candidates on the ballot and Georgia's two-party dynamics, these survey trends have produced trader consensus that one candidate—most likely Ossoff—will clear a majority in the first round. Scheduled debates or late campaign developments could still shift support before Election Day.
