Alphabet (GOOGL) shares closed at $342.87 on September 16, down 0.61 percent, trading near 50- and 200-day moving averages amid broader tech sector consolidation. Strong Q2 results featured revenue of $119.8 billion and EPS well above estimates, supported by advertising and cloud growth, while a $22 billion financing round for the Crux AI venture with Blackstone signals continued infrastructure expansion. A federal judge’s ad-tech ruling requiring compliance measures but avoiding structural breakup provided near-term clarity. Analyst consensus targets average near $428, reflecting a forward P/E around 26 and expectations for AI monetization, though elevated capital spending and regulatory overhang remain key variables ahead of the October 28 earnings release.

If the two specified prices are exactly equal, this market will resolve to "No".
Closing prices will be used exactly as published by Pyth, without rounding.
If Alphabet Inc. (GOOGL) does not trade at all during the regular session, the market will resolve 50-50.
For a standard full trading session, the closing price refers to the Pyth "Close" value of the 1-minute candle corresponding to the final minute of regular trading hours on the primary exchange.
If the specified day has no valid Pyth Close value for the 1-minute candle corresponding to the end of regular trading hours on the primary exchange, the market will use the last valid Pyth price achieved during the regular trading hours of the primary exchange as the effective closing price.
