The seven-map competitive pool—Abyss, Ascent, Haven, Lotus, Split, Summit, and Sunset—combined with standard Bo3 and Bo5 veto formats creates high uncertainty around which map teams will most consistently ban or avoid. Recent rotations, including Abyss's August return and Summit's June addition with its droppable-wall mechanic, have left pro squads with uneven familiarity and shifting preferences based on recent VCT Stage 2 results and regional scrim trends. No single map shows clear over- or under-selection in the lead-up to the Shanghai event, producing closely bunched trader consensus across the field.

The competitive map pool for VALORANT Champions 2026 consists of Abyss, Ascent, Haven, Lotus, Split, Summit, and Sunset. Every completed map in every official match of the tournament (Group Stage and Playoffs) counts once, regardless of its result or whether it went to overtime. Maps that are forfeited or awarded without being played do not count. A map in the pool that is not played at all counts as having been played zero times.
If two or more maps are tied for the fewest plays, this market will resolve to the map whose name comes first alphabetically. If the map played the fewest times is not listed in this market (e.g., due to a map pool change), this market will resolve to "Other".
If VALORANT Champions 2026 is canceled or postponed such that it has not concluded by November 17, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other".
The primary resolution source for this market will be the official match results and per-map statistics on vlr.gg (https://www.vlr.gg/event/2766/valorant-champions-2026). However, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
