Rocker Steiner enters the 2026 American Rodeo Championship in dominant bareback form after back-to-back RodeoHouston titles and a 180-point aggregate win at Corpus Christi that reclaimed the PRCA world standings lead. Despite these results and his 2025 American victory, traders assign only about 25 percent implied probability to a repeat, reflecting the event’s single-ride structure at Globe Life Field. A deep qualifier field that includes Bradlee Miller, Wacey Schalla and other consistent 90-point threats, combined with random bucking-horse draws and the inherent variance of roughstock competition, creates realistic upset potential even for the current leader. Historical patterns at this high-stakes invitational further underscore how one strong ride from a challenger can shift outcomes quickly.
