Rafael Leão’s public confirmation of his intent to leave AC Milan for a fresh challenge in a new league has kept the transfer destination market tightly contested. Recent rejections of Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe bids in the €35–60 million range, paired with reports of €10 million annual salary packages from Turkish clubs, have sustained their implied probabilities while Premier League interest from Liverpool, Chelsea, and others remains speculative. AC Milan’s €50–70 million valuation and the player’s release clause near €175 million further fragment trader consensus. With no club holding a decisive edge amid ongoing negotiations and Leão’s stated openness to multiple leagues, probabilities stay bunched across several viable options.
