Israel has conditioned further withdrawals on full disarmament, while Hezbollah rejects the process outright, insists on prior Israeli withdrawal, and has faced accusations of rearming. International verification mechanisms and UNIFIL's mandate through December 2026 remain under discussion amid ongoing diplomatic pressure.
