Hezbollah has rejected government timelines and the overall framework, viewing it as externally driven, while cabinet sessions and U.S.-backed mechanisms continue to monitor progress. Bilateral talks between Israel and Lebanon in Washington and further phases targeting Beirut, the Beqaa Valley, and other areas remain scheduled, though Hezbollah resistance and capacity limits on the army introduce substantial uncertainty over full disarmament by late-2026 deadlines. Trader consensus reflects these implementation hurdles alongside diplomatic pressure.
