The deep field of experienced freestyle motocross riders keeps implied probabilities tightly clustered near 50% for Tom Parsons, Julien Vanstippen, Wyatt Fontanot, Tyler Bereman, Genki Watanabe, and others ahead of the July 24 Moto X Best Whip at X Games New Orleans 2026. Vanstippen’s recent Sacramento gold and consistent podium record contrast with Parsons’ veteran medal count and home-region familiarity for Fontanot, while the judged format rewards variable elements like amplitude, bike angle, and landing control on any given run. Limited pre-event injury reports or confirmed roster changes leave outcomes highly dependent on practice form and judging criteria that day, sustaining the wisdom-of-crowds consensus on an open competition.
