Ariana Grande’s “hate that i made you love me,” the lead single from her forthcoming album Petal, maintains dominant chart momentum heading into the Billboard Hot 100 tracking week for August 15. Strong streaming gains tied to her ongoing Eternal Sunshine Tour, consistent radio airplay, and minimal new competition from recent releases have kept the track in the upper tier after its earlier No. 1 debut and extended top-five run. Traders see these sustained metrics and historical hold patterns as the core drivers behind the 93.5% implied probability for the No. 2 spot. An upset would require an unexpected late surge from a current top competitor such as Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas” or a surprise viral boost to one of the lower-probability entries like “Petal” itself.
