Recent vote tallies in the June 2 Los Angeles mayoral primary show Spencer Pratt, the former reality television personality, finishing with roughly 25.5 percent of the vote after trailing early counts but holding steady through mail-in ballot processing. This places him just above the 25 percent threshold and third behind incumbent Karen Bass and progressive challenger Nithya Raman, who advanced to the November runoff. With more than 93 percent of ballots now counted and minimal remaining shifts expected, traders view the outcome as highly likely to clear the over-25 percent mark. The market's 92 percent implied probability for the over side reflects this near-final positioning and the low chance of late adjustments pushing Pratt below the line.
