The Boston Red Sox established the season’s longest winning streak at 15 games in July, tying a franchise record and outpacing all other clubs’ peaks, which include a pair of 10-game runs by the Cubs and shorter streaks of nine or fewer by teams such as the Phillies, Rays, Royals, Braves, Padres, and the current seven-game Dodgers surge. With roughly two weeks remaining, no club has approached that mark, and late-season streaks of 16-plus games remain historically uncommon given schedule difficulty and roster fatigue. Trader consensus reflects this established gap, though an improbable extended run by another contender could still alter the outcome before the regular season concludes.
