The wide distribution of implied probabilities across dozens of players underscores the depth and unpredictability of NFL scoring opportunities heading into the 2026 season. Quarterbacks like Josh Allen, running backs such as Kenneth Walker III and Kyren Williams, and receivers including Puka Nacua and Ja'Marr Chase share comparable chances due to varied offensive schemes, committee backfields, and passing-game involvement that distribute scrimmage touchdowns broadly. Preseason roster battles, injury recoveries, and usage patterns in high-powered attacks keep the field open, with no single player holding a decisive edge in projected volume or red-zone opportunities. This parity reflects historical trends where multiple contributors from contending teams often finish clustered near the top.
